Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for SidePilot subscription purchases. We aim to resolve every request fairly and promptly.

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not made substantial use of premium features. Substantial use is determined at our reasonable discretion and may include actions such as creating canvas content, configuring chatbot commands, or actively using moderator tools over multiple sessions.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- The subscription's premium features have been substantially used.
- The charge is an automatic renewal — you must cancel auto-renewal before the billing date to avoid the next charge.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated with your payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@sidepilot.app. Please include your account name (or user ID), the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be deactivated and premium features will become unavailable.
5. Partial Refunds and Credits
In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or service credit proportional to the unused portion of your subscription period. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a separate refund request as described above.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
